This is an easy dessert preparation. which is simple for anyone, it’s very famous in domestic houses and even in the hotel industry, we love to share this idea with all one food lovers. and it’s a low cost recipe too.

Method

  1. Cut the croissants in half
  2.  Fill the large pot with water about 2 inch height and start boiling water.
  3. Combine eggs and sugar in a medium bowl and whisk very well.
  4. Add milk and vanilla and whisk all together.
  5. strain the mixture into a another pot,
  6. take a tray , arrange the cut  croissant  nicely on the tray. adds the mixture into the tray, and steam for 30 minutes
  7. allow to cool and keep it in the refrigerator for a few hours, and served chilled

Note
Do not give lots of sweet taste into this recipe. in this base you are free to use biscuits , bread ect.
