 Kurakkan is one of famous flour which is used in cooking. the history go up to 5000 years too. in India call Ragi flour. this is a curry which is used kurakkan balls and cook. check out the recipe now

  1. Take a bowl, add the kurakkan flour into it mixed with white four add salt , mixed with water into the smooth dough
  2. And make into small balls and keep a side, meanwhile get ready to make the curry
  3. heat the pan, add onion and garlic and saute for a few seconds. fallow with chilli, curry and turmeric powders.
  4. add thin coconut milk, and bring the curry into boiling stage, now add the raw kurakkan balls into the curry, allow to cook in show fire for 10 minutes,
  5. now add thick coconut milk into the curry, stir continuously for 3 to 4 minutes. add salt and pepper if necessary

Once you cook kurakkan ball curry serve hot. do not serve cold, and once you add the coconut milk keep on stirring until kurakkan balls get cooked. do not think the curry by adding the thick coconut extract.
