  1. Dissever bell pepper and remove the seeds of them
  2. Then add chopped garlic, onion, chopped mushroom, chopped green chilli, chilli flakes, soft bread crumbs, salt & pepper to chicken mince
  3.  After that add one egg and mix it well.Then dredge some bread flour to bell pepper and fill up the mixture into that
  4. Again dredge some bread flour over them.Put some oil to a saucepan and grill the both sides of bell pepper.Add soya sauce, vinegar and sugar to a pan and warm them up.Then pour the sauce mixture over the bell peppers.

if you feel the middle of the mince is not cook,still there is a another option.if the middle is not cook.just put the perrs in to the oven for 10 minutes in 120 c.
