This is an easy recipe. and you can find manyokka and mushrooms very often in the Sri Lankan market. in here we do as a thin gravy. and very healthy recipe too. enjoys Sri Lankan pulpy curry recipe

Method

  1. boiled manyokka separately. and keep aside.
  2. flake the mushrooms and wash in salted water, and drain,
  3. heat the pan, add some oil, add onion, garlic and curry leaves and saute. fallow with cumin and mustard seed
  4. now add the mushrooms, into the pan, fallow with all powders and the green chillis. reduces the heat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  5. add the manyokka,and mixed well.finish with think coconut milk.season with salt and pepper

Note

this is an easy recipe. which you can do many changers. if you are interested to add more gravy into the dish. still you are free to make more coconut milk
