Method

  1. Heat the pan,add onion,garlic , ginger and curry leaves and saute it.
  2. add the boiled green gram and dhall and mixed well.fallow with greated coconut.
  3. add chilli flakes,salt pepper and season.and make the stuffing and keep a side,allow to cool.
  4. take the calamari,filled the mixture in to it.seal from the corners.grilled or pan fry for 3 to 4 minutes.

Note
in this recipe you are free to use any kind of filling.as according to your spicy levels can do the changers too.and still you can make this as a curry too.
