Potato,pineapple and apple salad is one of easy salad.and it is famous in east west borth.but in here i use bit more spicy to the salad,to give some spicy effect.and same time i have use roasted coconut flakes to the salad too.easy and recommending for Dinner as well for lunch too…
Ingredients
  • 200 g Fish fillet(white fish)
  • 100 ml fresh cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cuming
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 50 g onion
  • 25 g sugar
  • 1 spring onion
  • 50 ml oil

Method

  1. Wash the fillet and marinate with salt,pepper and roaster chopped cuming seeds,kep for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Take a sauce pan saute chopped onion and garlic.add white with in to it.simmer until it’s reduce in to 1/2
  3. Then  add fresh cream in to it..bring it to boil and simmer until cream get thick then the u will get a white wine sauce .
  4. to make the onion marmalade, sliced the onion saute in little oil.reduce the heat,coo until its get golden brown at last add sugar and take off the fire.allow to cool.and mixed with shredded spring onion.

Note
you are free to use any kind of white fish fillet.be sure some fish contain small born.so when you court the sauce on top there can not be borne in side.and i dint use much strong flavors here.if i do so the flavor of the fish will be cut off.and white wine flavor will go as well.Even if you are not happy to use white wine still you can use this as a sauce, because there are saute garlic and onion is in side.Do not served cold.if you served cold 90% of the Dish will not able to give you the real teats to your mouth.
