Today we will talk about eggs. Chicken Egg is what we will discuss today.  Very easy to find chicken eggs and its a very huge industry around the world. The chicken egg contains alot of protein & high in colesterol. An egg is advised per week.  But in different countries and cultures egg is used/consumed differently depending on their food habbits.

Method

  1. Boiled the eggs and peel the shells,keep a side
  2. Heat the oil,add onion,garlic,curry leaves and saute in slow fire
  3. add green chillis,chilli flakes,and tomatos,maldive fish and cook for nother 5 minutes in show fire
  4. add the eggs and mixed well.season with salt and lime juice after take off the fire

Note
When you boiled the eggs,make sure to add some vinegar and boil.
