Method

  1. In a pan,add all spices in to it.
  2. add chopped garlic and saute until golden brown.
  3. add nalli to it ,cook foe some time
  4. add ginger garlic past and cook
  5. add all powdered spices,boiled onion and brown onion and water to it
  6. cover with aluminium foil.and leave for dum at least 1 hour
  7. take out nalli sprinkle some aromatic spices on to it
  8. add yogurt to the remaining gravy.cook with stock and strain it
  9. add nalli on to the strained gravy,add saffron and cook.

Note
in this dish,very important to choose good spices.and if you unable to find saffron, it fine to add some tumaric. enjoy the recipe of our Indian master chef Jatinder pal.
