Rukshani silva ,one of slow food activist in sri lanka share some of her great recipes with chef duminda.this is one of easy recipe and mouth watering dish.in here Rukshani has used oyster mushrooms.

Method

  1. Mix 3 tbsp Corn flour, wheat flour, egg, pinches of salt and pepper together. Add more water for thick paste
  2. Add washed and socked mushroom in to batter and mix well. Heat the oil and fry mushroom until brown color.
  3.  heat the pan,add the cup of water and bring it to boiled,and add tomato and soya sauce bring to boiled.thick with corn flour ,add sugar and season with salt and pepper
  4. served the fried mushrooms with sauce separate.

Note
you can used any other vegetable inset of mushrooms.if necessary you are free to add few drops of vinegar in to the sauce.do not over fry the vegetable.this are the most important things which i want to highlight.
