Method

  1. Ground the biscuits , we add a few tablespoons of jam, finely chopped almonds and hazelnuts

  5. All together pour into the mold and cover with a transparent foil
  6. After about two hours the cake cured.Coated it with fresh sliced seasonal fruit.
  7. This time of year is very tasty, if it were coated with figs. Serve cut into slices.
  8.  The cake is light, without the excess fat, so it is a great feeling afterwards. Very suitable for hot summer days.
