Ingredients
  • 250g Better guard
  • 1 1/2  tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 Bombay Onion
  • 1tsp Garlic
  • 2tsp Chili powder
  • 3tsp Vegetable oil
  • 3tsp Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cups vegetable oil
  • Salt / Vinegar
  • 3tsp Suger

Method

  1. Heat up oil and fry sliced Better guard  get brown color  and keep a side
  2. Heats the oil adds curry leaves, garlic, onion get brown.
  3. Add fried Better guard, vinegar, sugar  in to the pan and cook 5 minutes in low heat
  4. Add salt to your taste

Note
in this recipe you can use some green chiils to the moju. before you fry add some tumaric powder with slice bitter gourd and keep a side for 10 minutes.
