Today we will talk about eggs. Chicken Egg is what we will discuss today.  Very easy to find chicken eggs and its a very huge industry around the world. The chicken egg contains alot of protein & high in colesterol. An egg is advised per week.  But in different countries and cultures egg is used/consumed differently depending on their food habbits.

However in singhalese an egg is called “Bittara”. The yolk of the egg is used to prepare many dishes and the white off the egg is used for many dessert preparations.  Common dishes in srilanka are the egg curry(the egg prepared in complete),  egg kiri hodda, egg thel dala.
These dishes are prepared in our meals mostly everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
