There are two types cabbage found and one is white cabbage and the other is green cabbage. In most of the tropical countries green cabbage is found alot.
Today we talk about green cabbage in the Asian kitchen. In sri lanka we call “gova kola” for the leaves of the cabbage.
Gova kola is made as a tempered dish and it’s very crispy. This dish is an easy dish to prepare and very tasty with our rice and curry menu and is nutrition. You have to make sure that before preparing the cabbage leaves that they are washed thouragly with salted water.
