Hawaiian Rice

This is very testy rice.and good with spicy curry too.and goo for asian pallet.basmathi is the best for this.

Ingredients
  • 250 g  cooked rice (white tastes best)
  • 50 g  seitan cut into one centimeter cubes
  • 50 g   firm tofu cut into one centimeter cubes
  • 50 g zucchini cut into 1/2 centimeter cubes
  • 2       tablespoons oil
  • 100 g  can of pineapple chunks drained
  • 30 g  tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon (optional)

Method

  1. heat the pan,fry tofu,and zucchini and reduce the heat.
  2. Than add tomato past and pineapple too.
  3. Mixed with rice and season with salt and pepper

Note
you have to be very careful when u are putting tomato past.and if you put lot the the original flavor of the  rice will be cut off.and make sure this rice should be a combination of sweet and sour,and not to be so wet.looks this very easy……….
