Hot Butter Cuttlefish

Hot butter cuttle fish is bit of spicy Dish.but it is very testy. excellent for Asian pallet,juicy fresh small cuttle fish is make a Delicious to the meal. Good for Dinner with Rice,and low costed recipe too.and easy preparation also.
  • 500 g cuttlefish cut in to rings
  • 75 g corn stuch
  • 50 g spring onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 no capsicum
  • 5 tsp chilli past
  • 1 tsp ajino moto
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 100 g butter or magarin

  1.  After cutting into flowers drain the cuttlefish well and wash them
  2.  Season the cuttle fish with salt, pepper and egg then mix the  corn flour in it
  3.  Heat oil until clear and drop the cuttlefish into it one by one.
  4.  shallow Fry till cooked and its light brown
  5.  Heat a wok. add the butter or margarine when it is fully melted add the spring onion and the capsicum.
  6.  Stir it twice then add the sugar, ajino moto, chili paste and in goes the flowery cuttlefish.
  7.  Leave it for 2 more minutes for the fried cuttle fish to absorb the hot butter and get ready to be gobbled by mouth watering species.


When you do this dish,make sure not to barn the butter.once you burn the butter all the teast will go off.and try to use baby cuttle fish in to not use squid.Squid is so hard .this is very creamy should be soften in the mouth.
