This is very simple salad.and low costed.this is Very light salad.and very good for Mature age people.and this a Vegetarian salad.Good to have for the Dinner with light dirt.and it contain all the vitamins. because this is a fresh salad.Green salad is very famous in whole world.

Ingredients
  • 200 g Lettuce
  • 100 g Bean Curd
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1 red Bell pepper cut in to Julianne
  • 1 Egg pant
  • 1 leave of spring onion
  • 4 tsp Olive oil
  • salt and paper

Method

  1. clean the lettuce,and pick the thinks into small Pisces.
  2. Clean the other onion,bell pepper.cut tofu, bean curd in to dices and deep fried and keep a side.
  3. Dice the Brinjol and deep fried and keep a side.
  4. Take a Bowl , put all items together and  mixed with olive oil ,salt and paper

Note
Do not forget to mixed the salad at last.if u mixed the salad early the quality of the salad will go off.and do nout put more salt, because this is a light salad.then the flavor of the  salad will cut off.
