Ingredients
  • 6 Boiled eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tsp Tamarind puree
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  • 2 sliced onion
  • 2 tsp vegetables oil
  • 2 long red chilli

Method

  1. Boiled the eggs and peel off. and keep separately
  2. Heat the oil,add the onion ,chillies mean wile deep fry the eggs and cut in half.
  3. add the fish sauce,sugar and salt in to the onion mixture and remove from the heat.allow to cool
  4. arrange the eggs keep the onion mixture on the top of egg half.

This is just a basic preparation.but in here you can do more innovative creations.still you can served this with a salad as a stater.
