Sri lanka is a country which is haveing amzing variety of spices.today chef Duminda going to get you his special  bland of  spicy mix for meat and chicken dishes.Chef Duminda use his own curry powder in his cooking.no artificial ingredients added in his recipes.No MSG at all.
Ingredients
  • 100 g  Red Chillie dried
  • 50 g  corriander seeds
  • 5 tbs  sweet cummin
  • 5 rbs cummin
  • 2 tbs Fenugreek
  • 10 Cloves
  • 10 Cardamoms
  • 2 inch cinnamon
  • 3 inch Rampe
  • 4  inch Lemon grass
  • 6 sprigs curry leaves
  • 2 tbs mustard seeds
  • 1 1/2  turmeric powder

Method

  1. Lightly roast all of the above ingredients except turmeric in a Claypoy are we call ” kabala”
  2. grind all together in a blander and make in to a smooth powder

Note
In this recipe do not over sate the spices.then it will be a reason for the bitterness.
