  • 250 g Margarine
  • 4 Eggs
  • 250 g Wheat Flour
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 50 ml Milk (Fresh)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Method

  1. Mix butter and sugar. Beat until it becomes a cream.
    When all the sugar is mixed well add eggs. Beat it in high speed. Keep it aside.
  2. Mix the backing powder with flour by sieving.
    Add flour little by little in to the sugar-butter-egg mixture and beat well.
  3.  Then add fresh milk and vanilla. Mix well.
    Pour the mixture into a cupcake mould (upto ¾ of the mould. Allow the rest of the ¼ of the space for the backed cupcake) and bake under 160 centigrade for 20 minutes.
  4. Frosting: Butter icing recommended.
    Mix 75 g of Butter with 150g of icing sugar. Add desired colour. Mix well and pipe on the cupcake after it brought to the room temperature
