Sausage and Cashew fried Rice

Chef Duminda’s one of best fried rice preparation for kids.easy and lot of sri lankan flavors in sure you mite enjoy this rice at all times.
  • 3 Sausages
  • 200 g Rice
  • 25 g Cashew
  • Spring onion
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cardamom
  • Cloves
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Chicken Stock
  • Salt
  • Pepper (few seeds)
  • Butter

  1. Cook the rice separately. Add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, chicken stock when cooking the rice. Spread the rice with the rice spoon to separate the granules. Let it be cold.
  2. Fry the cashew and keep it aside.
  3. Place a pan on fire and add some butter. Add some oil too. (It prevent the butter from getting dark) . Fry the onion and garlic. Temper the sausages.
  4. Finally add rice and mix. Then sprinkle spring onion and mix. Spread fried cashew before serving to the table.

Remember! This is loved by kids in my experiment. We used the chicken stock but never ajinomoto
