This is an easy preparation.how to use cajun spices in your cooking.and we use very little oil in here.just enjoy the recipe

  • 250 g Chicken with the skin
  • 2  tsp cajun spices
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 3 tsp oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  1. Cajun spice is a mixture of various spices. To make cajun spice add One tea spoon each of onion powder, garlic powder , paprika, black pepper, dried oregano, chilli flakes, Or u can get a packet of cajun spice from the supermarket.
  2. Put 2 or 3 spoons of Cajun spice mix into the chicken and add one tea spoon of mustard , oil, salt and pepper little mustard paste also and mix well and marinate 2-3 hours.
  3. Heat oil.in a pan and pan fry the marinated chicken till its golden brown and cooked
  4. if its not cooked add a bit of water n cook till water is evaporated.

Note
do not pan fry in a high heat.just reduce the heat after 3 minute of cooking.and turn both sides at time to time.do not over cook then chicken will be stick to pan
