  • 200g sprats
  • 2 red onions
  • 3 table spoons Dry chillies
  • 3 table spoons Coconut oil or vegetable oil
  • Half a tea spoon turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves
  • 2 table spoons chopped of Garlic
  • 3/4 cups vegetable oil
  • salt if necessary

3 potions


  1.  Remove the sprat heads and wash it well.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add sprats and fry for one minute.
  3. When its golden brown add red onion and garlic and mix
  4. Reduce the flame and add chilli pieces the other ingredients n mix well
  5. Add salt to taste. and coriander leaves

you are free to add any kind of dey fish inset of sprats.
