Fresh Fish is very Easily you can find in Asia.Sri lankna is one of Famous country to get fresh fish all time. we like to show you how to baked whole fish.with limited marination. and we like to give you so easy recipe for you.and with a citrus bass sauce will give you more apatite dish.and fish is commonly used in Asian  cooking.

  • 30 g Chopped Garlic
  • 300 g Fresh Mullet
  • Salf,pepper
  • 1 no lime
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 100 ml oil
  • 30 g butter

  1. Wash the mullet,clean and keep a side.
  2. Marinate the Fish with salt,pepper and chopped garlic,allow to rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  3. preheat the oven for 170 c, put the fish in the oven for 7 to 8 minutes
  4. take the juice of lime.Heat the cream let it boil for sew second , then add lime in the the cream, stir continue-sly.
  5. Add bit of tumaric powder at last

Make sure not to over cooked.if you over cooked fish will be dry. nomaly  it should be with lot of moisture.give you the creamy effect to the meat.but fish to be very fresh.
