This is one of famous dish in Sri lanka.and From any small restaurant you will able to bye this.and you can make it in defrent style as well.I do it in my style,you can follow my style of cooking if you rally interested

Ingredients
  • 300 g Fried Chicken
  • 2 tps Chilli pices
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic past
  • 50 g Tomato sauce
  • Diced Tomato,Onion,Green chillis,Capsicum

Method

  1. Heat the wok,add ginger garlic page in to little bit of oil.
  2. Than add chili piecs in to it.and saute for 30 seconds.until chilli flavor up.
  3. then add soya and tomato step by step.and mixed it in slow fire.Make a thick past.
  4. Add Chicken and all other ingredient together and mixed it.season with salt and pepper.

Note
Do mot over fried the chicken.once you make the sauce if it is still spicy then add some sager to it.will balance the palate….
