This is a Chef Duminda creation with east west combination.and this is served as a stater.good for mostly for dinner.and in a slandered party,this is ideal for that.with the flavor of the fresh fish this is will be a bland of flavors
Ingredients
  • 200 g bonito fish thin slices.
  • 100 g Oats
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tep pepper
  • 100 g batter
  • carrots
  • cabbage
  • leeks
  • 40 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp chilli pieces

Method

  1. season the fish and keep a side for a wile.
  2. Deep in the batter and do the oats crumbed,heat the oil,deep fried until golden brown.
  3. Keep the fried fish a side,take a ball,mixed with all together with mayonnaise,add chilli pieces in to it and mix.
  4. Do the presentation  as is it.

Note
Take the fresh fish,do not over fried then color and the texture will go off.use good and new oil.think about the potion control. because this is going to served as a stater
