Fish Tikka

Nother  famous recipe in India. India and Pakistan is very famous for the tikka recipe.and it getting famous in sri lankna too.Lot of European love to teast this fish.easy to prepare   .it is ideal for dinner.

  • 200 g Fish fillet
  • 25 g  sliced ginger
  • 6 green Cardamom Pods
  • 50 g plain yogurt
  • 50 g Garlic
  • 2 tsp red chillie pisses
  • orange food coloring
  • salt

2 potions


  1. Wash the fish then dry with a cloth. Cut into medium size pieces.
  2. Grind garlic and ginger finely. Mix all the ground ingredients: Food Color, Salt, and Red Chilli Powder into the plain yogurt   . Rub this mixture onto the fish pieces and keeset aside for one hour
  3. Stick fish on an iron rod and put on medium fire of charcoal grill. Turn fish frequently or grill until nicely brown

Do not cook like chicken.if the moisture go out the the fish,there want be any pleas u have to consider about the temperature.Try to use white will be great more then the red fish…
