Potato puri is very famous in India.and Indians call Aloo Puri.it is used for breakfast mostly.this is coming under vegetarian category.puri made out of flour ,now it’s getting famous in Europe too.please enjoy

Ingredients
  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 150 g  Potato (boiled and mashed)
  • 3  tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly powder
  •  Salt to taste
  • oil

Method

  1. Mold wheat , salt and mashed potato into a dough using ghee
  2. Create small balls out of the dough.
  3. Roll out into small puries
  4. Prick the purees with a fork, and then deep fry it
  5. Sprinkle red chilly powder, and serve as a dry snack during festivals.

Note
When you deep fry,make sure u have to get the correct temperature.and if u want u can add bit of mustered sees as well.
