Mixed Grill contain at least 5 items of meat.and this is very famous in Europe with B.B.Q Sauce.and easy out going food.and now some of Asian people do like this in the evening with small drink.and it easy to prepaid,
Ingredients
  • 12 oz grilling steak
  • 4 small pork loin or rib chops
  • 4 pork sausages
  • 4 bacon rashers, rind removed
  • 1 small tomatoes, halved
  • 3 prawns
  • 1 chicken drumstick
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil

Method

  1. Wipe and trim steak and chops.
  2. Cut steak into four portions.
  3. Kidneys must be washed, skinned, halved and the core removed.
  4. To prevent curling during grilling, skewer the halves of kidney on two skewers, 1-inch apart through each piece of kidney.
  5. Time the grilling of the meats by placing the meat which takes the longest to cook under the grill first.
  6. Oil grill rack and brush oil on meats
  7. Preheat grill to a high temperature and cook steak and chops quickly on each side for 1-2 minutes to seal the surface.
  8. Reduce heat for remainder of cooking time in order to cook the meat through.
  9. Turn meat, sausages and kidneys occasionally during grilling using tongs or two spoons to prevent piercing the meat, or the juices will escape.
  10. Cut bacon rashers in half, roll up and place on a skewer.
  11. Place bacon rolls under grill 6 minutes before end of cooking time.
  12. Grill tomatoes during last 3 minutes.
  13. Serve Mixed Grill immediately while piping hot.

Note
you have to concern about cooking temperatures,and do mot over cook.then meat will be dry.and meat should have moisture in it.and drain in to a oil paper.
