Saute Cuttlefish with kankun and tomato

Ingredients
  • 500 g Cuttle fish
  • 100 g large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 slices ginger, chopped
  • 3 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  •  3 tbs tomato sauce
  • 3 tbs oil
  • 100 g Kankung
  • salt and paper

Method

  1. Heat oil and add onion,Ginger and garlic. Cook over heat for two minutes.
  2. Add the cuttle fish and saute it for few minutes.
  3. Add all ingridents together,mixed well.
  4. Add tomato,chilli and mixed it well.

Note
Do  not deep fried the cuttle fish,some of people do deep fried that.but i don’t recoermand it
