Deviled Cuttle fish with Button Mushrooms

Deviled dishes are very famous in Asian countries with influence of China.easy to make too.in my recipes i like to change bit,and use button mushrooms as well for the food.low costed too.enjoy the recipe and let us know…
Ingredients
  • 200 g Cuttle fish
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 50 g button mushrooms
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli pieces
  • 2 green chilis
  • 100 g  tomato sauce
  • 4 tsp  vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  1. Cut onion tomato and button mushrooms in to dices
  2. Saute cuttle fish ring for 5 minutes,add all other items  in to  the pan
  3. cook for few minutes.add the sauces,and mixed well
  4. Garnish with fried kankun

Note
Cuttle fish should have moisture,do not over cook or deep fried .and use less spices in to it,do not make strong flavor..
