Roasted Chicken Kebab with Roasted Fruit salsa

This is a combination of east west cooking.I use spicy marinated chicken kebab for this dish.and with garlic and fruit salsa.not so families in Asian counties.but we like to show kebab;s use in Indonesian cookery.sate one of famous in Asia.as   accompaniment Chef use sultana and ghee rice too.

Ingredients
  • 3 spicy marinated chicken kebabs.
  • 100 g ghee and sultana rice
  • 25 g chopped garlic.
  • 20 g each diced Mango, papaya,mandarin
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml butter
  • 1 tsp chilli pieces
  • salt and pepper for your pallet

Method

  1. make the chicken kebabs and marinated with chilli and salt and pepper,keep a side for some time in the chiller
  2. grill the kebabs just 5 minutes before.
  3. make the sultana and ghee rice and keep a side.
  4. take a bowl,add all diced fruit and mixed with olive oil
  5. take a pan,add little butter,roast the garlic for few minutes.and add butter and take off the fire.

Note
Cooking staggers are very important . there are four preparation in  here.do not confuse.and do it according to a plan
