This is One of Famous Indian Vegetable Dish.Most of vegetarian are prefer this dish. because it is a connection with starch, protestant and all.still this is very famous in lunch.But most of Sri Lankan restaurant also good in preparing this dish.

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 100 g potatoes peel and cut in to cubs
  • 1/2 Ground tiumaric
  • 1 tsp chilli past
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 250 g coli flower
  • pinch of chopped coriander
  • 25 g Green peas

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Stir in the cumin seeds, garlic, and ginger paste
  2. Cook about 2minute until garlic is lightly browned. Add the potatoes. Season with turmeric, chilli, cumin, garam masala, and salt. Cover and continue cooking 5  minutes stirring occasionallyMix the cauliflower and cilantro into the saucepan. Reduce heat to low and cover. Stirring occasionally, continue cooking 10 minutes, or until potatoes and cauliflower are tender.
  3. Mix the cauliflower and cilantro into the saucepan. Reduce heat to low and cover. Stirring occasionally, continue cooking 10 minutes, or until potatoes and cauliflower are cooked

Note
When you cook,  you should be very carefuller with the potatoes.do not over cook the potatoes.when potato was half done,then add the coli flower and cook more longer.
