Ingredients
  • 2 tsp ghee oil
  • 1 cardemom,cloves,black peper
  • 2 no onion
  • 3 basmathi rice
  • 7 cups boiling water
  • For fish masala
  • 200 g seer fish
  • 2 tsp chilli past
  • 1 tsp tiumaric powder
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tsp ginger,garlic past
  • 50g tomato choped
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp curd
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 leaf Mint
  • 50 ml thick coconut milk
  • 50 g raisins
  • 25 g fried onion

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.Add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and black peppercorns. Stir them.
  2. Add onions and fry for 5 min.Add rice and stir for 5 min.
  3. Pour boiled water along with salt and cook till it done.
  4. Marinate fish pieces with chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt
    for 1 hour.
  5. Fry the marinated fish pieces in oil.Fry the marinated fish pieces in oil.
  6. Heat the same oil used to fry the fish in a pan.Add sliced onions and fry on a low flame, till it becomes slightly brown.
  7. On medium flame, add ginger-garlic-green chilly paste and tomatoAdd garam masala powder,curd, coconut milk, coriander leaves and salt and stir it for 2

Note
you have to be very careful with basmathi.the biryani will come like little bit pulpy.this is easy and we call strait  methoerd
