trampala leaves and prawns broth

This soup i have prepared with all sri lankan fresh leaves,which you can find very easily in local market.and less fat make more healthy for your meal.and light soup will be ideal for dinner.and it give you real appetite before the main meal.

  1. Blanch the prawns and allow to cool.
  2. Heat the pan,add the onion and garlic and saute for few not burn the garlic.
  3. add prawns to the pan,add fish stock to the pan.and bring it to boil.
  4. At Last add shredded tampala leaves to the soup and close the fire.
  5. Add lime salt and pepper at last to seasoning
  6. garnish with fennel leaves

Please make sure i have blanch the prawns.if you don’t blanch prawns then you soup will be cloudy.and the color not such as the image.and please make sure still you can use some dry chilli flakes to the soup if you need.
