This is a Canape which you can serve for tea or cocktails.with some spicy finger food this is ideal to have some sweet.and i use bit of kurakkao flour to my recipe.

Ingredients
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 200 g flour
  • 50 g kurakkaon flour
  • salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml cold milk
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 100 g pastry cream

Method

  1. bring water and butter in to boil,let the butter melt completely add the flour and kurakkan flour and mixed well
  2. Remove from the heat,add the eggs one by one and mixed it.put the past in to the piping bag,pipe on a baking tray.
  3. heat the oven for 230 c,and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Take out of the oven,allow to cool,once it cold fill pastry cream.
  5. Make the chocolate sauce coat on the top,keep in the refrigerator

Note
Do not add lot of kurakkao flour.pipe small kurakka balls.do not make big,because this going to be finger food.
