Spinach you can find very easily in sri lanka .and it give high nutrition value to human body.and i used Spinach very often to my food.this is very easy recipe.you can serve as a side dish.here i used spinach balls as a accompaniment for spicy chicken.ideal for dinner menu,

Method

  1. Blanch the spinach leaves and grain from the water.
  2. Open the spinach leaves slowly,take the vegetable stuffing,place full of spoon on the middle of the spinach leaves.and make as a percale.
  3. Allow to rest the spinach balls.
  4. Hear the pan,add the oil.after saute ginger garlic paste onion together.Then add all other ingredients,saute for few minutes,add thick coconut cream,simmer for 2 minutes
  5. Take off the fire,add chopper coriander leaves and serve hot

Note

Do not over cook the spinach and even coconut cream do not boiled for long time.serve hot with lunch or dinner.
