Carrot and Potato mash with Cilantro

Mash potato is one of classical dish in Europe.and famous for all ages.and carrot as well.but here im not going to make same type of mash.but i like to add more flavors in to it,and get more pungency to the food. mainly this used as a side dish to the main meal.very good for elderly people and love to have this.

  • 200 g peel potatoes
  • 200 g carrots peel and cut in  to cubs
  • 2oo g fresh cream
  • 1 no onion
  • pinch of cumin seed chopped
  • 1/2 tsp mustered past
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 no Dry chilli pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • one bunch of coriander leaves.

  1. Peel the potato and carrot,boil until it cooked and soft.
  2. take two bowls,add carrots and potatoes,and mash each
  3. Heat the pan,add some butter,saute cumin for a wife.miced with potatoes,add cream,make in to a smooth past.
  4. for potato i used cumin only,same like that you can do the mash carrot as well
  5. Mixed the other ingredients with carrot,and finish the carrot mash also with cream.
  6. finally mixed with chopper coriander leaves,correct seasoning

When you cooked with cream reduce the flame all the time.just want to mixed potato or carrot in hot pan.two or three minutes will be ideal.
